  • What are the payment options?
    All major credits, PayPal & Sezzle are accepted through our website.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
    Gift cards may be purchased online or you can pick one up in store.
  • Do you have a brick & mortar store?
    As of March 2022 we do have a brick & mortar store located at 306 Park Lane Chillicothe, MO. Rooted Cowgirl Boutique will also continue to participate in pop up events around our area.
  • What is your return policy?
    Mercandise may be returned for a store credit ONLY within 14 days of the delivery date. Please place packing slip in the package as proof of purchase. -Items MUST be returned with a packing slip inside. -If packing slip is lost a note MUST be placed inside stating Name, Order #, & Address or the return will be REJECTED. -Rooted Cowgirl is NOT responsible for making exchanges. As soon as your return is received it will be processed & a store credit will be immediately sent to you. After you receive your store credit you can purchase the size you need or purchase a different item. -Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached. -Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s). -When returning shoes, please place shoe box in another box/bag so original box does not get damaged in the return process. If the shoe box is returned to us damaged a 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit on that item. -ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
